Ali Temurtaş graduated from İnönü University Elementary Mathematics Education Department in 2007. In the same year, he went to the USA with the MEB YLSY scholarship and completed his master's degree at Florida State University in 2011. He has been working as a research assistant at Adıyaman University since November 2013. He has a PhD degree in educational measurement from Hacettepe University and another PhD degree in mathematics education from Adıyaman University. His research interests include mathematical modeling, interdisciplinary mathematical modeling, problem posing, educational assessment and evaluation, teacher training, and value added assessment.
