He was born in Elazığ in 1985. He graduated from Bilgem College in 2002 and completed his medicine education at Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine at the end of 2008. He worked at İstanbul Şişli Etfal Education and Research Hospital as psychiatry resident. He worked at Cizre State Hospital for his obligatory services between 2013 and 2016. Then, he kept on his clinical practice in Bolu İzzet Baysal Mental Health Diseases Hospital as specialist of psychiatry. Between 2017 and 2020, he worked in İstanbul Haliç University Psychology Department with the title of faculty member. He has been working at Adıyaman University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Psychiatry since March 2020. He has had the title of associate professor in February 2021. He applies Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies, EMDR and Schema Therapy in his clinical practice. He is independent user (B2) for English and basic user (A2) for Finnish. He is married and has two children.
