He was born in Besni District of Adıyaman province on 26 May 1978. He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Besni District. In 1997, he obtained the right to study undergraduate education at Gazi University Faculty of Commerce and Tourism Education. He graduated from Business Administration, Accounting and Trade teaching in 2001. After graduation, on September 11, 2001, he was appointed as the Office Manager of the Halfeti multi-program high school of Sanliurfa province. He then worked at Elazığ Central Anatolian trade vocational high school between 2004 and 2006. Between 2006-20012, he worked at the Anatolian Commercial High School in Besni District of Adıyaman province.

In 2012, he was appointed as a lecturer at Besni College of Adıyaman university. From 2013 to 2018, he served as the head of the Department of clerical services and Secretariat.

He started his master's degree in Business Administration at Euphrates university within the scope of UNIP in 2013-2014 academic year and completed his Master's degree in 2018. In 2018-2019 academic year, Gaziantep Hasan Kalyoncu University Department of Business Administration started Doctoral Program. He has completed the course semester in his doctoral studies. Currently, he continues his doctoral education and works as a lecturer in the Department of clerical services and Secretariat.
