Cem YEŞİLYURT, PH.D., completed his undergraduate education in Mersin University School of Tourism and Hospitality Management, Travel Management department in 2006. He started to work as a research assistant in Adiyaman University School of Tourism and Hospitality Management in the Department of Food & Beverage Management in 2010. He completed his master's degree in 2011 and his doctorate in 2019 in the Department of Tourism Management at Dokuz Eylul University, Institute of Social Sciences. He has been working as a research assistant in the Adıyaman University Faculty of Tourism since 2015. His fields of study include recreation, leisure sociology, Gastronomy and behavioral psychology.
