I was born on 20 October 1971 in Buca district of Izmir. I completed my primary, secondary and high school education in Izmir. I graduated from Ege University Faculty of Fisheries in 1993. In the same year, I started my Master's degree at Dokuz Eylül University Institute of Marine Sciences and Technology, Living Marine Resources Department of Science.In 1995, I completed my master's degree in the same year, Aegean University of Natural Sciences Institute Aquaculture Department of Science started my D PhD . In 2000, " I completed my doctorate by giving my doctoral dissertation.I completed my military service as a leutenant from 2000-2002.Between 2002 and 2006, I was a lecturer at Harran University Kahta Vocational School.I was working at Adıyaman University Kahta Vocational School.
