He was born in Adıyaman / Gerger in 1972. In 1991 he graduated from Kahta Imam Hatip High School. In 1996 graduated from Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Theology. In the same year, he was appointed as a Religious Culture and Moral Knowledge Teacher at Adıyaman Center Ilıcak Primary School. He was appointed to Kahta Girls' Vocational High School in 1997 and to Kahta Anatolian High School in 2000. He became a Master's Degree in 2001. He studied Arabic at the Public Language School in the 2001-2002 Academic Year. Between 2005 and 2015 While he was a teacher of Vocational Courses at Kahta Imam Hatip High School, he worked as an Educator Computer Trainer at the District National Education Directorate. He taught many computer-based projects. He graduated from Adıyaman University Computer Technology and Programming Department in 2009. He graduated from Necmettin Erbakan University Social Sciences Institute in 2014 with his thesis titled "Zakat Bases and Tax Relations in Islamic Law". He graduated from Anadolu University Open Education Faculty Law Department Justice Program in 2014.

On 17/05/2015, he was appointed as a assistant professor at Adıyaman University Faculty of Islamic Sciences, Basic Islamic Sciences Department, Islamic Law Department.
