He was born in Adıyaman. He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Adıyaman. 
He completed his undergraduate, graduate and doctoral studies at Afyon Kocatepe University. 
Between 2002-2020, she worked as a social studies teacher at the Ministry of National Education. 
In 2020, at Adıyaman University Faculty of Education, Dr. He started his career as a lecturer. 
He received the title of associate professor in 2021. He is still working in the same unit.
