I was born in Adıyaman in 1983. I completed my primary and secondary education in Adıyaman and graduated from Adıyaman Anatolian High School. I received my bachelor's degree from the Software Engineering Program at Fırat University.

In 2013, I completed my Master of Science degree with thesis in the Department of Electronic and Computer Education, Computer Systems Education Program at Fırat University. In the same year, I also graduated from the Bachelor's Program in Business Administration.

In 2018, I completed my second Master of Science degree with thesis in the Department of Biostatistics at the Institute of Health Sciences, Near East University.

In 2020, I completed my PhD in Software Engineering at Fırat University. In 2025, I completed my second PhD in the Department of Biostatistics and Medical Informatics at the Institute of Health Sciences, İnönü University.

I am currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Biostatistics and Medical Informatics at Adıyaman University Faculty of Medicine. I also serve as the Acting Head of the Information Technology Department at Adıyaman University.
