in the Turkey Finals of the Hafiz Competition organized by the Directorate of Religious Affairs among the Quran Courses. DIB came in fifth in the International Hafiz Competition for Jordan in 2007, representing Turkey. He became the first in Turkey in the hafiz contest in 2010 organized by the Ministry of Education General Directorate of Religious Education. In the same year, he participated in the hafiz contest in Dubai, representing Turkey. He took lessons of Talim Tecvid and Tashîh-i Huruf from Mahmut Ekşi Hodja in Yalova in 2007-2010. In 2015-2017, he received training on Kıraat-ı Aşere from İzmir Hisar Mosque İmam Hatibi Selim Menteşeli.
