Mehmet BÜYÜK graduated from Çukurova University, Faculty of Engineering, Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering between 2007-2012. He completed his Master's and PhD education at Çukurova University, Institute of Science and Technology, Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering in 2015 and 2019. He worked as a Research Assistant at Çukurova University Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department between 2015-2020 (with the 35th order ÖYP assignment of Adıyaman University). After completing his PhD education, he worked as a Dr. Research Assistant in the years 2020-2022, and as an Assistant Professor in the years 2022-2023 in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Adıyaman University. He applied to Associate Professor in March 2023 and received the title of Associate Professor by UAK as of August 2023. He has been appointed as the Vice Dean of the Faculty of Engineering since August 2023 and is still working. He has been a member of IEEE since 2015. His research interests are renewable energy systems, electric vehicles, power electronics converters and applications.
