      Genç Araştırmacı Teşvik Ödülü (Mayıs, 2017): Eğitim Yöneticileri Derneği tarafımdan 12. Uluslararası Eğitim Yönetimi Kongresinde verilmiştir. Ödül Gerekçesi kongre sekretaryası tarafından aşağıdaki gibi ifade edilmiştir:

      “Başvurular, doktora derecesi alındıktan sonra yapılan yayınların niceliğinin yanı sıra nitelikleri de göz önünde bulundurularak değerlendirilmiştir. Özellikle, eğitim yönetimi alanının bilinen uluslararası dergilerinde (EAQ, EMAL, Journal of Ed. Admin, International Journal of Leadership in Education, vb.) ve Türkiye’deki bilinen dergilerde yayın yapmış olmaya önem verilmiştir.

      Ödülü kazanan arkadaşımız 2014 yılında doktorasını tamamlamış. Doktora sonrasından SSCI’da taranan 6 farklı dergide toplam 8 makale yayınlamıştır. Ayrıca, SSCI’da taranmayan alanın önemli uluslararası dergileri arasında bulunan Journal of Educational Administration, International Journal of Leadership in Education, International Journal of Educational Management, Professional Development gibi dergilerde dahil olmak üzere farklı uluslararası dergilerde 9 ayrı makalesi bulunmaktadır. Son olarak, başta alanımızın ulusal dergisi olan Kuram ve Uygulamada Eğitim Yönetimi dergisi olmak üzere 5 farklı ulusal dergide 6 makalesi bulunmaktadır.

      Ayrıca, başta ABD’nin önemli eğitim konferansları arasında bulunan AERA, UCEA ve CIES ve Avrupa’nın önemli eğitim konferanslarından olan ECER olmak üzere farklı uluslararası konferanslarda 20’nin üzerinde bildiri sunmuştur. EYK’ne de 2012 yılından itibaren düzenli olarak her yıl katılmaktadır.”
