He was born in 1980 in Samsun. He completed his primary and secondary education in Samsun and his undergraduate education at Pamukkale University in Denizli. In 2013, he was appointed to Adıyaman University, Department  of Art History within the scope of the Teaching Staff Training Program. He started his graduate studies at Hacettepe University Department of Art History in 2015. After completing his M.A in 2018, the researcher started his PhD at the same university. He is still working as a research assistant at Adıyaman University, Department of Art History.
