Pınar PARLAKYİĞİT graduated from Kahramanmaraş Sütçü İmam University / Faculty of Engineering and Architecture / Textile Engineering Department in 2001. She received his master's degree in Gaziantep University, Textile Engineering Department in 2004; She completed her doctorate at Çukurova University in 2014. She worked as a research assistant at University of Gaziantep, Department of Textile Technology for 4 years ; then as a lecturer at the same university for 5 years. Then worked as a specialist in the Textile Sciences Department at Kahramanmaraş Sütçü Imam University for 5 years, and as a a specialist doctor & Quality Manager for 4 years at KSÜ Üskim Laboratory.  She still continues to work as a Asistant Professor at Adıyaman University / Faculty of Engineering / Textile Engineering Department. Her research interests are dyeing, printing, finishing technologies and quality control applications.
