Şaban ÖNCEBE He was born in 1982 in Adıyaman, Besni. Atatürk University I.I.B.F. He is a graduate of the Department of Economics. He completed his master's degree in Atatürk University Institute of Social Sciences Department of Economics with the thesis subject "Analysis of Socio-Economic Problems of Gölbaşı District of Adıyaman Province". He is continuing his doctorate education in İnönü University, Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Economics.

He has 6 years of experience in participation banking. He worked as a lecturer in Muş Alparslan University, Malazgirt Vocational School, Department of Finance, Banking and Insurance, and during this period, he served as the Head of the Finance Banking and Insurance Department and the Deputy Director of the School.

He has been working as a lecturer at Adıyaman University Gölbaşı Vocational School since 2017. He teaches mainly in the fields of economics and banking in the college.

He is married and has 2 daughters and 1 son.
