Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ali Osman Ayaş was born in 1984 and completed his primary and secondary education in Adana.  Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ali Osman Ayaş graduated from Selçuk University, Meram Faculty of Education, Department of Secondary Science and Mathematics Education, department of Physics Education in 2007. He received his master's (2010) and doctorate (2014) degrees at Çukurova University Department of Physics. In 2010, He started working as a research assistant at Adıyaman University Faculty of Science and Letters Department of physics. In 2015, he continued to work as an Assistant Professor at Adıyaman University Technology Faculty Mechatronics Engineering Department. Ali Osman Ayaş, who was awarded the title of Associate Professor in 2019, continues his academic studies in Adıyaman University, Faculty of Science and Letters, Department of Physics as of 2020. Ayaş, who is an expert on nanoparticles with magnetic properties, has 18 scientific articles published in high impact journals, including 16 Science Citation Index (SCI) and 2 Ulakbim Index. In addition to these, he has 34 oral presentations at international symposiums. There are 21 project studies in which he took part in various positions such as project coordinator, researcher, teacher. Assoc.
