He was born in Malatya. He graduated from the Department of Business Administration and completed his Master’s degree in 2009. He earned his Ph.D. in Business Administration in 2017. Between 2008 and 2014, he worked as a Lecturer at Adıyaman University Besni Vocational School. From February 2014 to December 2019, he served as a Lecturer in the Department of Management and Organization at the Vocational School of Social Sciences. Since January 2020, he has been working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management and Organization at the Vocational School of Social Sciences. He is married and has two children.
