Assoc. Prof. Dr. Esra Bayrak Ayaş was born in 1986 and completed her primary and secondary education in Elâzığ.  Assoc. Prof. Dr. Esra Bayrak Ayaş started her undergraduate education at Gazi University, Faculty of Sport Sciences, Department of Sports Management in 2007 and graduated from Fırat University, Faculty of Sport Sciences, Department of Sports Management in 2011. In 2014, she started working as a research assistant at Adıyaman University School of Physical Education and Sports. She received her master's and doctorate degrees in Physical Education and Sports at Fırat University.

Esra Bayrak Ayaş, who received the title of Associate Professor in 2021, continues her academic studies in the Department of Physical Education and Sports Teaching at Adıyaman University School of Physical Education and Sports. Bayrak Ayaş, who has performed many academic studies in the field of Physical Education and Sports, has 2 scientific books and 3 chapters authorship published by international publishing houses. In addition to these, she has 30 publications in journals with high impact factor and indexed by international indexes, and 23 oral presentations in international symposiums.
