He was born on 06.03.1975 in Adıyaman. After completing his primary, secondary and high school education in Adıyaman, he won Çukurova University Faculty of Agriculture Department of Soil in 1992. After graduating from here in 1996, he started his master's degree in the same year. In 1998, he was appointed as a Research Assistant to the same department. He completed his master's degree in 1999. In 2000, he did an internship at Hohenheim University Institut für Bodenkunde und for 2 months with a scholarship from the DAAD. In 2005, he was transferred to Adıyaman Agriculture Provincial Directorate. He completed his doctorate education in 2006.
