She was born on 01.01.1976 in Adana (Kozan). She completed her primary and secondary education in Adana. In 1993, she graduated from Çukurova University Faculty of Medicine Health College Nursing Department as the first. In the same year, she started to work as a Surgical Intensive Care nurse at  Balcalı Hospital of Medicine Faculty of Çukurova University. She successfully carried out her nursing duties in Surgical Intensive Care, Emergency Medicine (including Large and Pediatric Emergency Clinics) and Gynecology Obstetrics clinics. In 1999, she graduated from Çukurova University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration (English). In 2002, she completed her master's degree at Çukurova University, Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Business Administration. In 2002, she was appointed by the Rector of Çukurova University as the Medical Faculty Property Treasurer (including the Treasurer of the Balcalı Hospital Pharmacy). She worked as the Plan Budget Purchasing unit officer of Balcalı Hospital along with her duty as the Medical Faculty Property Treasurer, and in the following years she performed similar administrative duties. She worked as a Branch Manager in the Department of Administrative Financial Affairs at Çukurova University. In 2008, she was appointed as a lecturer to Adıyaman University, Kahta Vocational School Accounting and Tax Applications Department. She served as the Assistant Secretary General of Adıyaman University in 2009-2011. In addition, she served as the Head of Department for 6 years in the Finance, Banking and Insurance Department at Kahta Vocational School. In 2018, she completed her doctorate education in Inonu University, Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Business Administration, Department of Management and Organization. In December 2018, she was appointed as a lecturer to the Department of Pharmacy Management, Faculty of Pharmacy, Adıyaman University. She has been serving as the Head of the Department of Pharmacy Management at the Faculty of Pharmacy since 2019. She was appointed as Coordinator to the Adıyaman University Graduate Coordination Unit, which was established in 2025. She has many national and international papers, books and articles. Moreover, she works as a referee for international journals and some journals registered in the Ulakbim system. She participates in activities as an Education Volunteer in Kızılay Adıyaman Women's Branch. In addition, she is a volunteer member of AFAD that attached to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turkey. She is also a Field Education Volunteer Member of TEMA Foundation, a member of KA-VAK Foundation, a member of YÖÇAD and Türk Eğitim-Sen. She is married with 4 children.
