Hülya YEŞİLYURT, PH.D., completed her undergraduate education in Mersin University School of Tourism and Hospitality Management, Tourism Management and Hospitality Management in 2009. She started to work as a research assistant in Adıyaman University School of Tourism and Hospitality Management in the Department of Hospitality Management in 2010. She completed her master's degree in 2013 and her doctorate in 2019 in the Department of Tourism Management at Dokuz Eylül University, Institute of Social Sciences. She worked as a research assistant at Dokuz Eylul University, Izmir Vocational School between 2012-2015. She has been working as a research assistant in the Department of Tourism Management, Faculty of Tourism, Adiyaman University since 2015. Her fields of study include tourism sociology, sustainable tourism and gastronomic tourism.
