He was born on 01 January 1972 in Malatya. He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Malatya between 1978-1989. He started his undergraduate studies in Ege University, Faculty of Science, Department of Mathematics in the fall semester of 1989 and graduated in the spring semester of 1993 as a theoretical mathematician. In the fall semester of 1993, he started his graduate program at İnönü University, Institute of Science, Department of Mathematics. He completed his master studies with his thesis titled Some Properties in Rings with Derivations under the supervision of Professor M. Şerif Yenigül in the spring semester of 1996. In the fall semester of 2000, he started his doctorate program at İnönü University, Institute of Science, Department of Mathematics. He completed his doctoral studies with his thesis titled Fuzzy Ideals in Gamma Rings and Derivations in Gamma-Near-Rings under the supervision of Professor Sadık Keleş and Assistant Professor Mehmet Ali Öztürk in the fall semester of 2005. Between 1994-2007, he worked as a Research Assistant at İnönü University, Faculty of Arts and Sciences, Department of Mathematics. In the fall semester of 2007, he started to work as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Mathematics of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences of Adıyaman University. He still continues this duty as an Associate Professor.
