He was born on 01.10.1980 in Meşelik Village of Elazıg. He finished primary school in his village. He graduated from Elazıg Imam Hatip High School in 1999. He graduated from Cumhuriyet University Faculty of Theology in 2004. In 2011, he started his specialization in Erzurum Ömer Nasuhi Bilmen Religious Education Center. In June 2012, he completed his master's degree at Inonu University Faculty of Theology with his thesis named "Imam Malik and Companion's Approach". In the same year, he started his doctorate studies in Atatürk University Islamic Law. In 2013, he was appointed as a research assistant to Adıyaman University Faculty of Islamic Sciences, Department of Islamic Law within the scope of ÖYP Program. He defended his doctorate study titled "In-kind Guarantee in Islamic Law of Obligations" in February 2016. He has scientific articles and notices published in various journals. He is still working as a lecturer in Adıyaman University, Faculty of Islamic Sciences, Department of Islamic Law. He is married and has three children.
