He was born in Adıyaman. He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Adıyaman. He graduated from Boğaziçi University Faculty of Education, Department of Teaching Physics in 2007. He completed his master degree in Erciyes University, Institute of Science, Department of Physics in 2011. He completed his Doctorate (Ph. D) Degree in Hacettepe University, Institute of Science, Nanotechnology and Nanomedicine Department in 2016. He has been working at Adiyaman University, Vocational School of Health Services, Opticianry Program  since February 2020. He is married and has 3 children.
