She was born in 1959 in the city of Qazax in Azerbaijan. She studied at Azerbaijan Baku State University Faculty of Philology between 1976-1981.Between 1981-1989, she worked in schools affiliated to the Ministry of National Education of Azerbaijan.Between 1989-1995, she worked as editor-in-chief and editor in Azerbaijan's Voice newspaper. She started working as a research assistant at Azerbaijan Architecture and Construction University in 1995.In 1999, she completed his doctoral dissertation at Baku State University.In 2003, she received the title of associate professor at Azerbaijan Architecture and Construction University. Between 2007-2008, she worked on "Dialects" at Çukurova University.She started working as an Associate Professor at Adıyaman University in 2009.She received the title of Professor at Adıyaman University in 2011.
