He graduated from the Department of Geography Education at Kazım Karabekir Faculty of Education, Atatürk University, Erzurum, in 2008. He received his Ph.D. degree in Human and Economic Geography from the Institute of Social Sciences at Atatürk University in 2025. He began his professional career as a Geography Teacher at the Ministry of National Education in 2008. In 2011, he joined the Department of Social Studies Education, Faculty of Education, at Adıyaman University as a Lecturer. He currently serves in the same department as a Dr. Lecturer. His main research interests include development and tourism, cultural and natural heritage, and economic geography.
