She graduated from the Department of Labor Economics and Industrial Relations at Gazi University in 2006 and from the Department of Sociology at Anadolu University in 2014. Between 2012 and 2018, she completed her master’s degree at the Department of Labor Economics and Industrial Relations at Ankara University with a thesis titled “The Labor Force Problem in the Sugar Industry in Turkey During the 1920–1960 Period.” Between 2018 and 2023, she completed her doctoral studies at the Social Policy Division of the Department of Labor Economics and Industrial Relations at Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University with her dissertation titled “An Analysis of the Relationship Between Material Wealth and Living Conditions in Turkey,” graduating with honors. In 2014, she worked as a research assistant in the General Sociology Division of the Sociology Department at Adıyaman University. In 2024, she was appointed as an associate professor in the General Sociology and Methodology Division of the same department. Since 2026, she has served as the Chair of the General Sociology and Methodology Division in the Sociology Department.
