Ufuk Gökarslan was born in Manisa. He completed his primary secondary and high school education in Manisa.He graduated from Erzurum Atatürk University Faculty of Letter and Sciences Department Art History  in 2007. He completed his master degree in Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University department of Art History between  2008-2010. He continues his doctorate education in Erciyes  University  Art History department since 2018. He has ben working at Adiyaman  University Faculty of Letter and Sciences Department of Art History as a lecturer since 2013.
