He was born in Mut in 1981. After primary school, he completed his hafiz training in Istanbul Beykoz in 1993. He graduated from Mut Imam Hatip High School in 1997. He graduated from Darende Faculty of Theology, which he started in 1999, in 2003. Then, he completed his Master's Degree (Formation) without thesis at Ankara University. He started teaching at MEB in 2005. Between 2010 and 2015, he worked as the Deputy Principal in various schools. In the 2013-2014 academic year, he completed his master's degree at Necmettin Erbakan University, Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Interpretation. As of September 2015, she started working abroad as a Religious Culture and Ethics Teacher at Bishkek Turkish Secondary School. During this period, he completed his Master's Degree at the Faculty of Theology at Manas University (December 30, 2017). He returned to Turkey in 2019 and Karaman Prof. Dr. Ömer Dinçer started to work as a Religious Culture and Ethics Teacher at Anatolian Imam Hatip High School. On 06.04.2022, he resigned from his position as Assistant Manager, which he started in the same institution on 01.10.2022. Oflaz, who is continuing his doctorate education at Necmettin Erbakan University, Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Basic Islamic Sciences, is married and has 3 children.
