She was born in 1983 in Elazig. In 2009, she graduated from Fırat University School of Physical Education and Sports, Department of Physical Education Teaching. She completed her master's degree at Fırat University, Institute of Health Sciences, Department of Physical Education and Sports in 2017. Since 2019, she has been continuing her doctorate education at Fırat University, Institute of Health Sciences, Department of Physical Education and Sports. She started her career as a research assistant at Adıyaman University School of Physical Education and Sports in 2018, and currently continues as a lecturer in the Department of Physical Education and Sports Teaching at Adıyaman University School of Physical Education and Sports.
