Mert ÖZGÜNER, who was born in Erzincan in 1986, completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Erzincan. He successfully graduated from Erciyes University Yozgat Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration, which he won in 2005. Between 2009-2011, he completed his master's degree at Bozok University, Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Business Administration. He completed his doctorate education in Gaziantep Hasan Kalyoncu University Institute of Social Sciences Department of Business Administration in 2013 in 2017. He has been continuing his academic life at Adıyaman University since 2011. He is married and has a child.
